I'm Felicia Slattery, communication
coach and public speaker. In fact, I've been speaking in public for 30 years. I
was a little girl the first time I stood up in front of hundreds of people and
spoke. From then on, I was hooked! Sure I was nervous, but for me that feeling
just before getting up to speak is like no other. However, as I grew I realized
most people around me would much rather be in the audience than on the
stage.
So I committed myself to learning everything I could about speaking in public so
I could help others with what I loved doing. When I finally became a
teacher, before I could get my students to learn the basics and deliver a great
speech, I first had to get them feeling more relaxed and at ease with simply
standing up to give a speech!
Over the last 10 years, I've created an in-depth Visualization Meditation that I
