I'm just getting started in my business. What do you have that's free? I offer a free e-course where you'll discover how to Increase Business by Communicating Your Credibility. When you sign up for the e-course, you'll also be subscribed to my ezine, Creating Connections. Each complimentary edition (valued at $49 per year) has a featured article or answers a burning question from readers like you that will help you with your business right away. That should be enough to keep you busy—and help you start bringing in the cash. What is a communication coach and consultant? Coaching and consulting represent different forms of helping professionals. I do both with my clients. Coaching is a process of the coach asking questions and eliciting answers from the client. Coaching is great for goal-setting and creating action steps. In my role as a consultant, I tell you what I know based on my background, knowledge and experience and give you tools and techniques to use along with the instruction to get the biggest bang for your buck. When these two roles are combined, you get a customized plan developed by you with guidance and support from me—along with the skills to achieve your goals and follow through on your plans. Will you customize a communication training program for a group or organization? Absolutely. We can work together to decide what will be best for your organization. I can do it all, including analyzing your needs, creating original company-specific content, develop printed materials, and deliver in-person training. You can choose to have me deliver this training in person or via teleconference. Or I will train your staff to facilitate the material I develop for you. Yes—and I consider what I do via Communication Transformation a form of relationship coaching, too. Relationships are developed through communication skills. In the past, I helped people in their personal romantic relationships. But as a business person, I saw so many of my peers suffering from a lack of business communication and relationship-building skills, I wanted to help them, too. That's when I developed the Communication Transformation brand, apart from the more personal Transformative Journeys brand. for 1-2 hours, plus expenses. I do have
